I see my work, study, and projects history as a kaleidoscope : each experience is a crystal that forms the image of a mosaic in constant transformation.

I have worked in several sectors of the cultural and creative industries and with academic research in Latin America. Each of these crystals helped me develop my ability to connect people, organisations and countries, and to lead diverse and multicultural environments. I love working and co-creating in teams, and I am passionate about designing, producing and executing creative and transforming experiences for organisations and people - from the youngest to the most experienced!

What drives me in my career and life is my desire to contribute to the sustainable and equitable development, and promote cultural diversity through multi-sectoral and international cooperation. Now I seek opportunities to apply my experience, ideas, and knowledge in Future Thinking to the Cultural and Creative Industries, through innovation and sustainability projects and research in Melbourne, Australia.
