You can sell pies, start a rock band, or produce an international convention, but what makes your product or project special and unique is your story. And my story is about pursuing and promoting cultural diversity as a way of freedom. I have worked with Non-Formal Education and with production within several sectors of the cultural and creative industries - such as music, dance, cinema, festivals, concerts, museums, NGOs, cultural centres, and others.
Each of these experiences has helped me develop my ability to connect people, organisations and countries, and leadership in multicultural environments. I love working in teams, because I believe co-creating generates more impactful projects. I am passionate about designing, producing and executing creative, innovative and transforming experiences for organisations and people. I often rely on qualitative and quantitative research, administrative tasks, assessments and reports production, always aiming to learn and improve the experiences in the future.

LABORATORIO FUTURO ARGENTINA
Laboratorio Futuro is a laboratory and consultancy for innovation and design of futures (Future Thinking) that generates collaborative solutions for the challenges organisations face in the market, and that we face as humanity.
With the task of helping to design the future we want today, I carry out research on innovation and future trends, the coordination and academic assistance of In-Company course. and design educational experiences.
In order to foster and promote the #FutureCommunity, I conduct the planning and coordination of institutional communication to promote the network of over 400 futurists, students, and Future Thinking enthusiasts in Latin America to co-create futures.

Team Coordinator & Robotics Workshop Facilitator
Coordinated and implemented workshops of robotic education (KinderLab’s Kibo Robots Kit) for children, to help them understand programming principles using a playful and multi-tool didactic methodology. I was in charge of designing and producing the experience, and facilitated the workshops with the team of educators for school groups (20-30 children) from 6 to 12 years and family groups (up to 30 people).

MUSEUM OF THE PERSON | SÃO PAULO - BUENOS AIRES
I carried out the local production of the museum’s international exhibition “Memories of the Brazilians” at the Borges Cultural Centre of Buenos Aires. Awarded and financed by Ibermuseums, the project aimed to bring Brazilian and Argentinian cultures closer together through life stories from different perspectives and problematic of the Brazilian people.
I also performed the recruitment and training of the educators’ team, and coordinated cooperative design of activities related to the exhibition for children, young people, adults, and teacher training. I was as well a facilitator of the internal and external activities at schools and other educational institutions.
Furtheremore, I have articulated partnerships with local institutions, such as the Brazilian Embassy, the Brazil-Argentina Cultural Centre, Bianchi Winery, La Tribu Radio and local public schools.

Production assistant of the Argentinian independent Perotá Chingó. I have assisted the band in its identity and re-branding process, and carried out the local and international tours executive production. Also, I was in charge of the internal communication to arrange and follow-up production meetings, interviews with the press and other national and international tour providers.

As Administrative Assistant, I assisted in attracting resources, produced financial and activities reports (Patronage Law and private institutions). Also, I was in charge of the accounting and administrative procedures of the organisation and execution of projects with educational and cultural impact in different parts of Argentina.

Production Manager at Sergei Tumas' Productions' (Los Angeles) project 'Tango Nuevo Cabaret'. The team in Buenos Aires set up a Tango Dance Company for the performance of a live music Tango Show at the illustrious Avenida Theatre. We also recorded a double-CD tribute to Astor Piazzolla at the legendary ION Studio, and shot a prospective movie trailer for funding raising.
After organising auditions for 80 dancers, I performed the project's comprehensive production management, assisting the Art and Executive Directors, managing administrative tasks and performing the search, hiring and stakeholder liaison with the Music Director, press agent, the Avenida Theatre and show staff, film production agency, recording studio and other suppliers.
With the collaboration of my production crew (7 assistants), I organised rehearsals, costume tests, communication, payments and contracts with dancers and musicians, and assisted the movie shooting.
The production handled more than 100 collaborators for a 1000-people-audience. The show counted with internationally renowned Tango dancers and gathered the greatest contemporary Tango musicians from Argentina, including Walter Ríos, Néstor Marconi and Piazzolla's bandoneonist Daniel Binelli.
